To provide and improve Saadhanam's services. To generate performance analytics and predicted ranks. To send progress reports to parents/guardians. To communicate service updates via SMS. To improve our AI tutor's accuracy and relevance. We never use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
Your data is stored securely on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure servers in India. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
We use the following third-party services: 2Factor.in for OTP delivery via SMS/voice. Anthropic (Claude AI) for the AI tutoring feature. Payment gateway (for subscription processing). These services have their own privacy policies and only receive data necessary for their function.
Most of our users are minors (under 18). We take extra care to protect their data and privacy.
We do not collect more data than necessary from minor users. Parent/guardian phone numbers allow parents to monitor progress. We do not display any advertising to users. AI chat is filtered to ensure age-appropriate responses.
You have the right to: access all data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your account and all associated data; export your test performance data; opt out of parent progress reports. To exercise these rights, email support@saadhanam.com.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated analytics data may be retained for service improvement.
Saadhanam uses minimal cookies for session management (login tokens). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.
